2. Types of data processed

- Responding to contact and information requests (Art. 6.1.b – pre-contractual measures; Art. 6.1.a – consent, where required).

Data is processed using IT and electronic tools, with technical and organisational measures adequate to ensure security and confidentiality, and only for the time strictly necessary for the stated purposes.
5. Recipients and external processors
Data may be processed by providers acting as Data Processors, including the hosting provider Aruba S.p.A. Embedded content (maps and videos) may involve Google and Vimeo, as detailed in the Cookie Policy. Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for promotional purposes.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Activating third-party content (e.g. Google Maps, YouTube) may involve data transfers to third countries; such transfers are based on the safeguards set out in Art. 44 ff. GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).
7. Retention period
Contact data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and to comply with any legal obligations. System logs are kept for limited periods in line with technical and security practices.
8. Your rights
You may exercise at any time the rights under Art. 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as withdrawal of consent.
